Pen Power: Better Feel with Books
Powerful stories and poems invite us to express our own emotions on the page, helping us to process feelings, develop self-awareness and feel more connected to the world.
Facilitated by certified Biblio/poetry therapy practitioner Dr Natalie Scott, this session introduces a range of gentle expressive writing activities designed with emotional wellbeing in mind.
You don’t need to be a ‘writer’ to take part and you don’t have to share your writing, though a safe, inclusive space will be provided for you to do so if you wish.
All you need is a pen, some paper and a willingness to give it a try!
